Independent creative agency that has always delivered great work - until great work wasn't enough anymore. After 15 years of steady growth and strong client relationships, the market shifted, leaving the agency uncertain about its direction. The Complexity

The market had fragmented. New competitors emerged. Client needs evolved. 

Without quite realizing it, Addict began to lose sight of where it was going. Opportunities kept coming, and Addict kept saying yes. A pitch in one sector, a project in another. Each looked promising, but the workload grew. It was hard for the CEO to step back and think strategically when the agency was always moving. Focus blurred, and growth became harder.

The Simplification

We introduced COMPASS: our own tool designed to clarify what a company stands for, where it's headed, and the principles it operates by. 

Working closely with the owner and CEO, we put the agency's DNA into words and translated it into clear guidelines for decision-making, collaboration and team structure. 

What used to be implicit became explicit. The COMPASS helped align decisions and keep everyone moving in the same direction. 

The Growth

The COMPASS gave the CEO real clarity. He now runs the company with intention rather than intuition - and it shows. The agency runs smoother, decisions come easier, and the team is aligned around one shared DNA.

The agency stopped pursuing initiatives that didn't fit, freeing up significant resources. With focus came a sharper valu eproposition, which attracted new clients who were looking for exactly what Addict now clearly offers.
